About Me: Business Coach
Business Strategist | Executive Advisor | Founder, Entrepreneur Headquarters
My path as a business advisor was built on real-world experience. Before founding Entrepreneur Headquarters (ENHQ), I spent more than 15 years leading programs and managing operations across the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, and multiple private ventures. I’ve overseen multimillion-dollar budgets, directed large-scale contracts, and guided cross-functional teams through complex organizational challenges. Those experiences taught me what drives success: and what holds it back.
At ENHQ, I work primarily with medium and large organizations, helping them strengthen operations, improve efficiency, and scale with intention. My consulting approach blends academic precision from my MBA and DBA with the practical insight that comes from having built and managed businesses myself. From strategic planning and process optimization to financial forecasting and executive alignment, every engagement is tailored to the organization’s mission, structure, and culture.
While my focus is on established organizations, I occasionally take on small business clients who demonstrate readiness for growth and a clear commitment to long-term development. I view every client partnership as a shared investment; one built on trust, accountability, and measurable results.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all advice. My role is to listen, assess, and help leaders make decisions that are both strategic and sustainable. The goal is simple: to help businesses operate smarter, lead stronger, and grow in ways that endure.
