About Me: Security
Global Security Strategist | Homeland Security Expert | Founder, Mulier Bellator Security
With over fifteen years of experience across military, federal, and private sectors, I have dedicated my career to protecting people, assets, and missions that matter. My journey began in the United States Navy, where I served with distinction for nearly a decade in weapon systems, security and force protection. I led Quick Reaction Force operations, managed shipboard security, and trained hundreds of service members in antiterrorism and emergency response. Those years taught me what true leadership under pressure looks like; calm, precise, and decisive.
After leaving active duty, I continued my service within the Department of Homeland Security, overseeing physical and cyber-physical security programs for some of the nation’s most critical federal facilities. At DHS, I managed multimillion dollar contracts, developed enterprise-level crisis response frameworks, and coordinated with law enforcement agencies across local, state, and federal levels. My work helped shape security policy and enhance readiness in a constantly evolving threat landscape.
My time with the Department of Defense deepened my expertise in various environments and secure communications. I directed security operations supporting global special operations missions and led compliance for physical security. I managed assets, personnel, and systems across multiple continents, ensuring full alignment with defense standards, including CFATS, NIST, ICD 705, and CFR.
Today, as the founder of Mulier Bellator Security, I bring those experiences together to help organizations strengthen their defenses and build resilience. My company delivers advanced consulting services in physical security, cyber-physical integration, and critical infrastructure protection. We work with government partners, global enterprises, and industry leaders to assess risks, modernize systems, and create continuity in the face of disruption.
I hold a Bachelor’s in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience from the University of California, San Diego, an MBA in Homeland Security, and a Doctorate in Business Administration with a specialization in Homeland Security. I continue to train with agencies such as FEMA, CISA, ICE, the Center for Development of Security Excellence, and the ISC, ensuring my methods remain current and mission-focused.
Awards and recognition have been meaningful, but the true reward lies in the impact; restoring stability after crisis, building safer facilities, and developing the next generation of security professionals.
My purpose is simple: to safeguard what others depend on and to lead with integrity in every mission I take on.
