About Me: Fitness
Personal Trainer | Nutrition Specialist | Founder, MB Fitness & Valkyrie Nutrition
My journey in fitness began almost twenty years ago at Gold’s Gym in Ronkonkoma, New York, where I first discovered how movement, nutrition, and mindset can completely transform a life. Since then, I’ve served as a Command Fitness Leader in the U.S. Navy, earned certifications in personal training and nutrition, and continued my education in health psychology at the doctoral level.
Today, my focus is on helping others build sustainable, lasting health through science-based programs that make wellness both approachable and achievable. I no longer provide traditional one-on-one coaching but occasionally take on clients individually when a more personal approach is the right fit. Most of my work now centers on helping people create habits that last; because real change doesn’t come from a single plan; it comes from consistency and understanding.

Exercise
Movement should support your lifestyle, not control it. At MB Fitness, the goal is to make exercise realistic, enjoyable, and effective. Our programs are designed to help you move better, get stronger, and stay consistent. Whether you prefer to train at home, in a gym, or outdoors, you will find flexible options that fit your routine and goals.
Each plan focuses on progress that lasts. Instead of chasing quick results, we build steady improvement through structure, education, and balance. Fitness should not be overwhelming; it should be a part of your life that makes you feel confident, capable, and in control.
Nutrition
Nutrition is the foundation of every transformation. My background as a nutritionist has taught me that food is more than numbers or restrictions; it is a tool for energy, recovery, and well-being. Every MB Fitness program is designed to make healthy eating simple and sustainable.
Our Recipe Packs include hundreds of meals that are easy to prepare, balanced, and budget-friendly. You will find options for every dietary preference, including gluten free and low carb recipes, along with creative five ingredient meals that make healthy eating accessible for everyone.
Each plan adapts to your progress so that you never feel stuck or bored. Eating well should not feel like a chore; it should feel rewarding and enjoyable.

Habits
Lasting change comes from daily habits, not temporary plans. The MB Fitness Habit Programs are built to help you create a lifestyle that works for you long term. These programs focus on simple, science-based actions that build consistency over time.
We cover the core areas of health that truly matter: sleep, nutrition, hydration, recovery, and mindset. By mastering the basics, you develop the discipline and awareness needed to maintain progress even after the program ends.
At MB Fitness, we believe in sustainable change, not perfection. The goal is steady progress, one habit at a time.
