  • Personal attacks, inflammatory remarks, or trolling will result in immediate removal from discussions and possible account suspension.

2. Constructive Participation

  • Encourage open-mindedness by participating in discussions that promote growth, understanding, and learning.

  • Keep conversations on topic and refrain from spamming, self-promotion, or sharing irrelevant content.

  • When providing feedback or criticism, ensure that it is constructive and delivered with respect.

3. Inclusivity and Diversity

  • We value diversity in all forms—cultural, religious, gender, and otherwise. Refrain from making derogatory remarks based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or personal beliefs.

  • Respect differing viewpoints and engage in meaningful dialogue, rather than divisive arguments.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Do not share private messages, personal information, or any confidential material without consent.

  • Respect the privacy of other community members by not posting sensitive details without permission.

  • For any issues or disputes, use the appropriate channels to resolve matters privately rather than publicly airing grievances.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content shared within the community, including podcasts, guides, and exclusive materials, is the intellectual property of Jessie Virga, LLC, and must not be redistributed without permission.

  • Plagiarism, copying, or unauthorized use of another person’s work will result in immediate action, including potential removal from the platform.

6. No Hate Speech or Violence

  • Hate speech, violent threats, or any incitement to harm others will result in permanent suspension from the site and forums.

  • This platform is a safe space for all members, and any content that promotes hate, violence, or division will not be tolerated.

7. Responsibility and Accountability

  • Take responsibility for your actions and words within the community. If you make a mistake, own up to it and aim to rectify it.

  • If you witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it to the site administrators immediately.

8. Enforcement

  • Violation of this Code of Conduct will lead to consequences, including warnings, removal of content, temporary suspension, or permanent banning from the community.

  • Jessie Virga, LLC reserves the right to moderate content and user participation to ensure that the community remains safe, respectful, and productive.
