Approximately 5 hours per week | Remote | PST-Based Operations
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Executive Operations Lead to support a multi-brand entrepreneur overseeing several active ventures, including a security company, a digital magazine, and a multimedia content platform. This role is ideal for someone who excels in operational coordination, communication management, and light leadership responsibilities within a fast-moving, multi-project environment.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar and Email Oversight: Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, monitor a dedicated email account, and ensure timely follow-through on priority items.
Meeting Support: Attend select meetings to document action items, summarize discussions, and coordinate next steps.
Content and Administrative Support: Assist with presentation creation, document preparation, and light content support using Canva and Microsoft Office tools.
Social Media Coordination: Monitor and respond to messages on primary Meta platforms (Instagram and Facebook) as directed.
Confidentiality Compliance: Sign and uphold a strict NDA due to the sensitive nature of business operations.
Team Coordination: Gradually assume responsibility for supervising and coordinating tasks with other part-time team members as the role develops.
Operational Flexibility: Work remotely from any location while aligning all work with Pacific Standard Time. Availability for occasional early or late hours is required.
Desired Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms quickly.
Proficiency with Canva and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Meta platforms (Instagram and Facebook) is preferred.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain confidentiality.

This position is a 1099 independent contractor role. Contractors are responsible for managing their own taxes, equipment, and work environment. The role offers flexibility in how tasks are completed, while still requiring alignment with Pacific Standard Time for meetings, communication, and project needs.

The first 90 days serve as an introductory period to ensure alignment with performance expectations, communication standards, and workflow needs. During this time, key milestones and deliverables will be outlined clearly. Continued engagement after 90 days is based on meeting these expectations and demonstrating consistency, professionalism, and reliability.
