We offer a $10 flat rate shipping fee on all orders, regardless of size or destination within the United States. This flat rate ensures a straightforward and transparent pricing structure for shipping.

  2. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

  3. Shipping Time: After processing, items are shipped. The typical delivery time within the United States is 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

 

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We use reputable shipping carriers to ensure your order is delivered securely and efficiently. The choice of carrier depends on various factors, including package size and destination.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier’s website.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Please note that there are certain locations to which we cannot ship, including but not limited to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and certain remote areas. If you have concerns about whether we can ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. International shipping options are not available at this time.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
